Sickler's Offers Professional Coaching

Hello Everyone,

I am Phil Cable, former Professional Rider from Team Navigators Insurance, State Criterium Champion, Pa. BAR Point Series Champion and I've won lots and lots and lots of races. (Sorry, I promise not to boast about my own accolades ever again.) Anyway, I was recently approached by a few cyclists asking me for coaching and so I decided to offer my coaching service to everyone interested, weather recreational rider, triathlete or racer or maybe you spin and have never been out on the road. Let's set some goals and I know I can make this your best season yet!

I have been in this sport for over 25 years. I do not consider myself a natural athlete. Everything I do well I learned, which makes me a great teacher. I will open your eyes to your body’s potential, techniques and skills that will in turn give you confidence on your bike like you never imagined. Once you have that, riding just gets so much better!

Congratuatioins Marysville Racers

Congratulations to the 16 Sicklers Racers who pinned on a number and took the Marysville Relay by storm.

Weather was less than favorable, but the whole team rode their asses off and made us proud as usual.

A special congratulations to the many of you who were participating in their first race.

2009 Ride Schedule Announced

Sicklers Exeter has announced its Group Ride Schedule for 2009: Monday - MTB C-Ride with BM - 5:30 (prompt) - Keystone Tuesday - Road C-Ride - 5:45 (prompt) - Leaves from Sicklers Exeter Wednesday - Alphabet Ride - Harvey's Lake - Multiple Rides / Multiple Leaders Thursday - Road B-Ride - 5:45 (prompt) - Leaves from Sicklers Exeter Saturday - Road A-Ride - 7:45am - Leaves from Sicklers Exeter Saturday - Road C-Ride - 8am - Leaves from Sicklers Exeter All rides are Weather Permitting. Rain cancels all rides. Helmets are Mandatory on all Sicklers group rides. For more information, call the shop 570.602.7433.

UpState Well Represented at Marysville

Several UpState relay teams are scheduled to take the Marysville Relay by storm Saturday, April 4. Weather does not look favorable, but with the likes of BM, BT, Dan, Shaf, Larry, Chuck, Pothole and the rest of the crew (apologies to everyone I missed), victory certainly does. I'll be posting complete results as soon as they are available.
